Workology Announces SHRM Certification Prep Course Offering SHRM Certification Preparation Courses Offer HR Leader Study Flexibility Being an SHRM approved recertification provider and with the success of our Upskill HR program, I’m happy to announce that Workology will launch our new SHRM certification prep courses in 2019. The courses will be available via the Workology Upskill HR online learning platform. Upskill HR by Workology is focused, on-demand learning for HR professionals and the certification prep courses and SHRM credit coursework expands the program from entry-level human resources professional all the way up to executives and experienced HR leaders. SHRM Certification Preparation Courses Offer HR Leader Study Flexibility The goal with our new offering is to offer classes that take different learning styles, schedules, and levels of experience into accountevery person preparing for these certifications responds to their own unique motivators, and we’ll be offering multiple learning channels to appeal to visual, auditory, and tactile learners. Were excited to be a SHRM partner offering the SHRM Certification Preparation Course online. Were committed to providing resources with comprehensive supporting digital content including podcasts, online quizzes, and online support communities. Our goal is to prepare HR leaders for not only the upcoming SHRM certification exam but also in elevating their HR knowledge and propelling them forward in their HR career. The learning program will be offered via a variety of channels and resources, including podcasts, flashcards and testing designed to amplify a student’s study efforts and accommodate each student’s unique learning preferences.  Classes as part of the 15-week course are offered live as well as on-demand allowing HR professionals learning flexibility according to their busy and unique schedules. The Workology program is focused on supporting SHRM certification preparation efforts for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP by supplementing them with online learning and digital resources to help HR leaders to pass their exams with above average exam scores.
